Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
